By enrolling your child in KidBridge classes or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing enrollment.

1. About KidBridge

KidBridge (kidbridge.org) is an online tutoring service offering live group classes for students in Grades 1–8 across the United States. Classes are conducted via video conferencing platforms including Zoom and Google Meet.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is open to students currently in Grades 1 through 8. By enrolling, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:

The student meets the grade eligibility requirement.
All information provided during enrollment is accurate and complete.
They have the legal authority to enroll the student and agree to these terms on the student's behalf.
The student will have access to a stable internet connection and a device capable of joining live video sessions.

3. Batch Selection

KidBridge offers two batch types:

Weekday Batch: Monday through Friday, 1 hour per day.
Weekend Batch: Saturday and Sunday, 3 hours per day.

Students may enroll in one batch or both. Enrolling in both batches requires a separate fee payment for each batch. Pricing applies per batch as listed on the Fees page.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are charged per batch per student. The following payment options are available:

Monthly Plan: First month at $50, then $100/month for the remaining 9 months (total $950 per batch).
Full Year Plan: One-time payment of $500 for the full 10-month academic year (per batch).

⏰ Early Enrollment Pricing: The above rates are available for enrollments completed by May 31, 2026. After May 31, 2026, fees increase to $150/month or $1,000/year per batch.

All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payment methods will be communicated during the enrollment process.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing month has commenced.
Full Year (lump sum) payments are non-refundable after the class start date (August 1).
Cancellations requested before the class start date will receive a full refund of any payments made.
If KidBridge cancels the program for any reason before the class start date, a full refund will be issued.
No partial refunds are provided for missed sessions due to student absence.

6. Academic Year & Schedule

The KidBridge academic year runs from August 1 to May 31 (approximately 10 months). The schedule includes all Weekdays (for Weekday Batch students) or Saturdays and Sundays (for Weekend Batch students) during this period, excluding official US public holidays and any KidBridge-announced breaks.

KidBridge reserves the right to reschedule or cancel individual sessions due to instructor illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Make-up sessions or recorded material will be provided where possible.

7. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behavior during live sessions. The following are strictly prohibited:

Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward instructors or fellow students.
Use of offensive, inappropriate, or harmful language.
Recording, sharing, or distributing any class session without prior written consent from KidBridge.
Sharing class links or access credentials with unauthorized individuals.

KidBridge reserves the right to remove a student from a session or terminate enrollment (without refund) if conduct violations persist after a warning.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, lesson plans, and content provided by KidBridge are the exclusive intellectual property of KidBridge. Students and parents may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have the following to participate in live classes:

A working device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a camera and microphone.
Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended).
Zoom or Google Meet installed and up to date.

KidBridge is not responsible for missed sessions due to the student's technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

KidBridge provides educational instruction services on a best-effort basis. KidBridge does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or results. KidBridge's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student in the preceding 30 days.

11. Privacy

Your use of KidBridge services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

KidBridge may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued enrollment after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication with KidBridge before any formal proceedings.
